Our Story
About Dhalu World
Dhalu World is a Beirut-based design studio founded by Stephanie El Gemayel, specializing in two core disciplines: limited-edition Murano glass collectibles and identity-driven interior design.
The studio operates at the intersection of craft and concept, translating brand stories and cultural heritage into contemporary design objects and spaces.
Over the past five years, Dhalu World has evolved from a local craft initiative into a multidisciplinary design house that merges product design, branding, and interior architecture. Its work emphasizes precision, material authenticity, and strategic storytelling — where every object and every space reflect one unified design vision.
Each year, Dhalu World releases two collectible Murano editions, designed as numbered, limited releases that embody the brand’s approach to longevity and restraint. The first of these, The Ibrik – Holiday 2025 Edition, reinterprets an iconic Middle Eastern form through Italian glassmaking, marking the start of a new chapter in the brand’s design narrative.
Beyond product, Dhalu World’s interior design division focuses on branded environments across hospitality, retail, and wellness sectors. From concept development to spatial identity, the studio creates interiors that communicate brand values through form, material, and light.
Rooted in Beirut and collaborating internationally, Dhalu World reflects a modern Mediterranean perspective — one that values craftsmanship, clarity, and cultural continuity in every project it undertakes.

From the Founder
I’m Stephanie El Gemayel, a Lebanese designer and founder of Dhalu World.
Born from a time of uncertainty, my work became a way to rebuild — to transform resilience into design with meaning.
Today, Dhalu World reflects that vision: creating timeless objects and spaces that connect craft, culture, and identity. My passion lies in showing how Lebanese creativity can evolve into refined, forward-looking, and grounded in purpose.
With Love,
Stephanie
